ADAM J. KUEGLER
is the 2023-2024 Fellow assigned to the Federal Judicial Center, the education and research agency for the federal courts. Mr. Kuegler joins the Supreme Court Fellows Program from the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut, where he clerked for the Honorable Sarala V. Nagala. Mr. Kuegler earned a B.A. in Political Science and a J.D., both with honors, from the University of Connecticut, where he served as the Managing Editor of the

VICTORIA K. NICKOL
is the 2023-2024 Fellow assigned to the Supreme Court of the United States, where she will serve in the Office of the Counselor to the Chief Justice. Ms. Nickol joins the Supreme Court Fellows Program from private practice in Missoula, Montana. She previously clerked for the Honorable Sidney R. Thomas of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the Honorable Donald W. Molloy of the United States District Court for the District of Montana. Ms. Nickol earned a B.A.,

VIVIANA I. VASIU
is the 2023-2024 Fellow assigned to the United States Sentencing Commission, the agency responsible for the establishment of sentencing policies and practices for the federal courts. Ms. Vasiu joins the Supreme Court Fellows Program from the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, where she clerked for the Honorable Gregory H. Woods. She previously clerked for the Honorable Anthony E. Porcelli of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Ms. Vasiu was a participant in the Attorney General’s Honors Program at the U.S. Department of Justice, serving as a Trial Attorney in the Money Laundering and Asset Recovery Section of the Criminal Division. Ms. Vasiu earned a B.A.,

JOSE D. VAZQUEZ

Mr. Vazquez joins the Supreme Court Fellows Program from the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, where he clerked for the Honorable Adalberto J. Jordan. He previously clerked for the Honorable Jacqueline Becerra of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
