The questions presented in granted and noted cases, for October Terms 2003 and 2004, are now available on the Website of the Supreme Court of the United States. To access the questions, go to www.supremecourtus.gov and select the "Docket" link. Enter a Supreme Court docket number, a lower court docket number, or case name in the search bar to locate the docket's case summary information for a particular case. Users can reach the case summary by clicking on the highlighted bar that identifies the docket number. The hyperlink to the questions presented will appear just beneath the decision date within the case summary information. Once the hyperlink is clicked, the user will be linked to a .pdf file that sets forth the question(s) presented in the case.

Internet users can also access the questions presented from the granted and noted lists located on the orders and journal page of the Court's Website. At the home page, select the "Orders and Journal" link. Once the appropriate granted and noted list is opened, click on the case number to be linked to a .pdf file that sets forth the question(s) presented in the case. The granted and noted lists for the 2003 and 2004 Terms will only hyperlink to the question(s) presented if opened in the HTML format.

The Supreme Court's Website was launched on April 17, 2000, to make court information available via the Internet to the Bar, the public, and the news media.
